What is Garbhsanskar?
Garbh Sanskar is an ancient Indian practice that focuses on nurturing the fetus in the womb by creating a positive and conducive environment for its development. The term "Garbh Sanskar" translates to "education in the womb" and encompasses a range of rituals, practices, and guidelines aimed at promoting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the unborn child.
According to Ayurveda, a unique concept was developed by ancient Rishis through which would-be parents get an opportunity of – “pregnancy by planning and not by chance “ due to which the parents can have a baby with all the psycho-physiological attributes.
Garbhsanskar helps to avoid hereditary transmitted disorders from parents to their children.Garbhsanskar helps to incorporate desired attributes in your child and tries to stop unwanted attributes in your child.

Pre-Conceivation Stage
- A scientific guideline is provided to would-be parents who are planning their healthy and intelligent child
- Pure Ayurvedic treatment for infertility
- Before conceiving, beej Shuddhi (cleansing of sperm and ovum )should be done via Panchakarma as Panchkarma will eliminate the chances of a child inheriting diseases like diabetes, thyroid, and congenital deformities
- Relevant and important guidance regarding food and lifestyle
Pregnancy Stage
- Punsavan Sanskar(Ritual/Ceremony) – To get a virtuous, highly capable, and intelligent child one should perform this ritual/ceremony
- Month Wise guidance and planning of pregnant women ( which includes customized diet, medicine, yoga Pranayam, etc)
- Provide practical tips and guidelines for pregnant woman on how to incorporate Garbh Sanskar practices into their daily routine and lifestyle
Post-Delivery Stage
- Complete Guidance provided to pregnant Ladies during delivery and do’s & don’ts after delivery for Sutika(Mother of Newborn)
- Guidance is given to sutika(Mother of NewBorn) at various stages regarding diet-lifestyle, Yoga-pranayama, and complete information about Breastfeeding is provided
